Combining warmth and professionalism. Indulging discerning guests with every possible comfort – and individual care: the goal to which the entire family is committed.

But being successful also means being able to concentrate on the essentials, because quality comes before quantity. This is particularly the case for our Mediterranean restaurant in which our guests can relax and enjoy being served!

The hotel and restaurant are now run by the daughter Karin Siermann and her husband Stefan who, as the head cook, mainly concentrates on our guests’ culinary well-being. The seniors Ingeborg and Konrad Mehl will gradually hand over the reigns to the younger generation.

For the fifth year in succession, the gourmet magazine “Der Feinschmecker” ranks our cuisine among the best in Germany.
